Welcome to a brand new offering from the Madison Milkmen! We're thrilled to announce the launch of the Madison Indoor Lacrosse League (M.I.L.L.) in partnership with the Milkmen this summer. Open to all area players over 18 years old, we welcome you to join us for either or both opportunities. Below you will find all the details you need to join us for both the M.I.L.L. and the Milkmen, as well as major discounts for participating in both programs.
What is the Madison Indoor Lacrosse League (M.I.L.L.)?
The Madison Indoor Lacrosse League (M.I.L.L.) is a newly launched offering designed to provide high-energy, fast-paced indoor lacrosse games for adult players of all skill levels. This summer, we will be hosting weekly games to bring the lacrosse community together for an exciting season.
League Highlights:
- Schedule: Three games are held every Wednesday between 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm from July 17 to August 14.
- Format: Each team is expected to be scheduled for multiple games each week with a small-sided box lacrosse format of 3v3 + goalies
- Rules: Traditional NLL rules with changes made to game length and number of players on the floor
- Cost: The registration fee for the M.I.L.L. is $125. For those also committing to the Milkmen roster, this $125 would cover the first $125 of your registration. What a steal!
- Location: Games are played at Toca Madison (5964 Executive Dr, Fitchburg, WI 53719)
By joining the M.I.L.L., athletes can enjoy consistent game play, enhanced skill development, and the chance to compete in a fast and supportive environment.
Who are the Madison Milkmen?
The Madison Milkmen are a premier Senior box lacrosse team offering players the opportunity to take their skills to the highest level in the Midwest. Opponents this season include the Milwaukee Muskies, Iowa Dogfish, Chicago Portagers, and Ft. Wayne Rivermen. The full schedule can be found here. By joining the Milkmen, players gain access to a range of benefits designed to enhance their lacrosse skillsets, team experience, and promote competitive play with other nearby Senior competition.
Team Benefits:
- Practice Access: Exclusive practice time slots for skill development and team building.
- Jerseys: Official home and away Milkmen jerseys.
- Senior League Play: A full season of competition in the Box Lacrosse League, including National Playoffs occurring in Chicago this year.
- Sponsorships: We have a growing list of sponsors supporting our players this year including Prime, Alani Nu, Diamond MMA, Stick Grip, and Noah's Ark Waterpark.
Cost: The registration fee for the Milkmen is $250. If you also sign up for the M.I.L.L. we will provide a discount code that offsets your Milkmen dues by the total paid to the M.I.L.L. (meaning you essentially play in the M.I.L.L. for free).
Joining the Milkmen means becoming part of a dedicated team with a focus on excellence, camaraderie, and competitive success.
Special Offer: Discount for Dual Registration
Players who register for both the MILL and the Milkmen will receive a $125 discount on their Milkmen registration. Simply register for the MILL first to receive a coupon code, which can be applied during the Milkmen registration process.
How to Register
For M.I.L.L. Registration:
Visit the Registration Page:
- Click on the MILL Registration link to the right
Create an Account:
- If you are a new user, click on "Sign Up" to create an account. Fill in your personal details, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- If you already have an account, simply log in with your existing credentials.
Select the League:
- Once logged in, navigate to the "Leagues" section and select "Madison Indoor Lacrosse League."
Fill in Player Information:
- Provide the required player information, including your preferred position, experience level, and contact information.
Agree to Terms and Conditions:
- Read and agree to the league's terms and conditions, including our code of conduct and liability waiver.
Payment:
- Proceed to the payment section. The registration fee is $125. You can pay via credit or debit card.
- After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and discount code for Milkmen registration.

Payment:- Proceed to the payment section. The registration fee is $250. You can pay via credit or debit card.
- After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and further instructions.
Claiming the Discount for Dual Registration:
Register for the MILL:
- Complete the registration process for the M.I.L.L. as outlined above.
Receive Coupon Code:
- After registering for the M.I.L.L., you will receive a coupon code via email.
Register for the Milkmen:
- Complete the registration process for the Milkmen as outlined above.
- Enter the coupon code during the payment process to receive $150 off your Milkmen registration fee.
What to Bring
Equipment:
- Players must bring their own lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, and mouthguard. Goalies must also bring their own goalie gear.
Surface:
- The surface of TOCA Madison is turf.
